Never Miss a Call again with Vonage
Even when you’re not at your desk, it’s important to make sure you receive every call. Our Never Miss a Call mobility features — including Call Forwarding, Simultaneous Ring, Follow Me, Voicemail, and Do Not Disturb — give you the ability to choose how to route calls when you’re away from the office.
How Never Miss a Call works
Simply log into your User Portal, Desktop App, or Mobile App, and then select and enable a Never Miss a Call feature. For example, selecting Call Forwarding will forward your office extension’s incoming calls to a specific pre-designated phone number.

Benefits of Never Miss a Call
Never Miss a Call provides a range of options that put you in control of incoming calls, ensuring that you can connect with customers and prospects even when you’re not at the office.
Easy and effective — Manage call routing anytime you’re away from your desk, and cut down on the chance of missed sales, leads, and other important calls.
Call Forwarding — Forward incoming calls automatically to another extension or number.
Follow Me — Forward your calls to multiple numbers, ringing up to five extensions and/or phone numbers in the sequence you specify.
Simultaneous Ring — Set inbound calls to ring on up to five different numbers of your choice at the same time.
Voicemail — Choose the number of rings before a call moves to voicemail.
Do Not Disturb — When you can’t take calls, this will move all callers directly to voicemail without ringing your phone
How to use Never Miss a Call
Vonage’s call forwarding options, if enabled, specify how calls are handled when you are away from your phone. They can be set up by either Admins and Super Users or by end users.
For Admins and Super Users:
1. Sign in to the Admin Portal.
2. Click Phone System and then click Extensions.
3. Hover over the extension you want to set and then click the Pencil icon.
4. Click Call Forwarding and then toggle Forward Calls to enable the Never Miss a Call options.
For end users:
1. Sign in to your Online Account.
2. Click your initials in the top left, then click Settings.
3. Click Call Forwarding and then set your options.
Note: If you want to forward calls to your personal mobile phone after hours, use the Vonage Virtual Receptionist.
