Do Not Disturb (DND) Mode
Use Do Not Disturb to send callers directly to voicemail, reducing distractions for your team.
What is Do Not Disturb Mode?
A Do Not Disturb solution typically allows users to limit interruptions from calls, notifications, alerts, and even vibrations. It’s a great way for users to avoid unnecessary disruptions while they focus on important tasks.
Our Do Not Disturb (DND) feature — included on all of Vonage Business Communications-supported phones — temporarily stops incoming calls from ringing your Vonage phone number. In this way, you can silence all distractions and send calls to voicemail.
How Do Not Disturb works
Do Not Disturb (DND) sends all incoming calls directly to voicemail without ringing your phone. A message informs the caller that you aren’t available to accept calls. You can easily turn your Vonage Do Not Disturb feature on and off from the Admin Portal, Desktop App, or on individual phones.
